In a post-apocalyptic wasteland, Kenshiro, the successor to the deadly martial art Hokuto Shinken, wanders the ravaged land searching for his lost love, Julia. He encounters various factions and ruthless warlords who prey on the weak, using his incredible fighting skills to protect the innocent and bring justice to a world consumed by violence and despair. As he battles his way through hordes of mutants and powerful adversaries, Kenshiro also confronts his own past and the destinies of his adoptive brothers.
