In a future where Japan has been privatized and split into various territories, Naoto Takayama joins the "Greatest Armed Railway" security force to protect the railways. However, his idealism clashes with the harsh reality of his job when he encounters the "Black Thunder" terrorist group, who aim to dismantle the railway system. Naoto finds himself in thrilling battles alongside his colleagues, Ryo Sakurai and Karen Kiritani, as they fight to preserve the vital transportation network.
