Yuzuki, a modern-day high school student, is transported to the Sengoku era of Japan. There, she discovers she is a descendant of the "Chiyome", a legendary figure capable of waking the powers of powerful demon-wielding warriors known as "Senkoku Warriors". These warriors are divided into seven different territories, each led by a charismatic warlord.
