Wandering “Saoshi”, Kikunosuke Kagurazaka cures frustrated women with his sexual technique. He comes across a man called Ishida, an owner of an adult entertainment complex in Kabukicho. Ishida controls girls using erotic hypnosis and makes them work as prostitutes. Kikunosuke, who has been looking for missing Rie, finds out that Rie is working under Ishida. Rie is one of the victims under the erotic hypnosis. Kikunosuke challenges Rie in sex battle and successfully brings her to her senses by his sexual technique “Kinuta”. Then he finds out Ishida’s dark past. Kikunosuke beards Ishida who reigns over Kabukicho. One after another, Ishida sends out his girls to put kikunoske under his spell in vain. Kikunosuke wields his technique and leads them all to ecstasy. Who would be the final challenger? Who would be the last man standing, Ishida or Kikunosuke?
