In a dystopian future where giant robotic insects rule the Earth, a ragtag group of rebels discovers a legendary weapon capable of defeating them. Led by the stoic Commander Eva Rostova, they embark on a perilous journey across ravaged landscapes, facing betrayal and overwhelming odds. Their mission is to reach the ancient ruins where the weapon is hidden before the insect overlord, known as the Hive Queen, can eradicate the last vestiges of humanity.

Thunder & Lightning 2 was met with a mixed to positive reception.
