DREDD

In a violent, futuristic metropolis called Mega-City One, police officers known as Judges have the authority to act as judge, jury, and executioner. Judge Dredd, a veteran Judge, is assigned to train a young recruit, Cassandra Anderson. Their first day together is interrupted when they respond to a homicide call inside a 200-story residential block, which quickly turns into a fight for survival as they become trapped by the ruthless Ma-Ma and her gang.

Dredd received generally positive reviews from critics, who praised its gritty tone, stylized violence, and Karl Urban's performance.
