Medical student Mathieu hosts the dormant cells of his twin, absorbed during their mother's pregnancy. When his mutated body reveals the awakening of the parasitic twin, Mathieu is consumed by hallucinations, followed by sexual and deathly urges that ultimately lead to his downfall.
