Following his successful foray into news anchoring, Evan Baxter is unexpectedly elected to Congress. He soon receives a divine calling from God to build an ark and prepare for a great flood. Initially dismissive, Evan finds himself compelled to obey, much to the bewilderment of his family and colleagues, as animals begin to appear and his appearance starts to change.
