Grace, a devoted supervisor at a foster care facility for at-risk teenagers, navigates the complex emotional challenges of her job while grappling with her own difficult past. She forms a deep bond with Jayden, a new and troubled resident, whose own struggles mirror Grace's past trauma. As Grace tries to guide Jayden towards healing, she must confront her own unresolved issues and the fragility of her relationship with her colleague and boyfriend, Mason.
