In a distant future, a father and son crash-land on a mysterious and dangerous planet. The planet, known as 'Ursa Major', is inhabited by strange creatures and has evolved such that humans can no longer survive its toxic atmosphere. The father, a veteran ranger, must protect his son, who is learning to become a ranger himself, as they navigate the treacherous terrain and face the planet's deadly wildlife.
