The Door in the Floor

A successful author, Ted Cole, struggles to cope with the accidental death of his two young sons. His wife, Marion, retreats into a dissociative state, unable to connect with their surviving daughter, Ruth. As Ted attempts to hold his family together, he finds himself drawn to a young party girl, Edie, who claims to be a reincarnation of one of his deceased sons. This unconventional relationship further complicates the already fractured family dynamics.
