The Toxic Avenger Part II

Melvin Ferdes, aka "Toxie," the mutated superhero of Tromaville, travels to Japan to find his missing father. Upon arrival, he discovers his father is being held captive by the nefarious "Deregulators," a criminal organization led by the corrupt Mr. Tsurutani. Toxie must battle these villains and their bizarre henchmen to rescue his father and prevent the Deregulators from continuing their destructive activities.

The Toxic Avenger Part II was met with a largely negative reception from critics and audiences, often considered a significant step down from its predecessor.
