Ondine

A Galway fisherman, Syracuse, fishes a woman out of the sea, whom he names Ondine. He believes she is a selkie, a mythical creature from Irish folklore who sheds her skin to become human. Syracuse falls in love with Ondine and keeps her hidden, but her mysterious past and connection to the sea begin to unravel the fragile reality he has created.
