Him ans his friends all live in the same public housing wreck of a by gone era Pigalle or all sex shops are closing one after the other to make room for 'cocktail bars'. Thheo and his band a dozen others are 'The Goonis' Pigalle, all at risk of being off shored in Suburbs and then separated. But Theo life will change after meeting a Sonia an older and mysterious girl.
