In the quiet town of Kamishiro, time flows normally for everyone except for the inhabitants of the "special" designation, who can manipulate time. Kei Kudou, a member of this group, has the ability to reset time by 3 days, but he is lonely as his memories are the only ones that persist. He meets a new transfer student, "Sakura Minamide", who claims to be from 3 years in the future and states she has been sent to the past to change it.
