Rangasthalam

Set in the 1980s, Rangasthalam tells the story of Chittibabu, a kind-hearted and simple village mechanic, and his elder brother Kumar Babu. When Kumar Babu decides to contest the village sarpanch elections against the tyrannical incumbent, Chittibabu finds himself drawn into a dangerous conflict to protect his brother and their village from corruption and violence.
