While hiking with her friends in the mountains, Nevin gets caught in a blizzard and goes missing. She is rescued by Dr. Ferit just as she is about to freeze to death. However, Nevin is devastated when she learns from a letter she finds that Ferit is about to get married, and she flees. The distraught young woman returns home and leaves for abroad without telling anyone, including her mother Leyla. Ferit, who feels guilty about his relationship with Nevin and had been searching for her to marry her, has now given up hope. At that very moment, Ferit meets Leyla, Nevin's mother, who is his new patient, and falls in love with her shortly thereafter.
