Plot Summary

A high school student in Tokyo, Karen's sister Aubrey, arrives in Japan to find Karen after she was arrested for a fire. Aubrey soon discovers that the vengeful spirit Kayako and her son Toshio have followed Karen, and their curse is spreading. As the curse infects new victims, Aubrey desperately tries to understand its origins and find a way to stop the relentless spirits before they claim her as well.
