Chihiro is a hospital surgeon in a hospital headed by his father. He is excellent and has a good reputation, but in secret he is using drugs and hallucinating. One day a new nurse named Wataru is appointed. Chihiro and Wataru get to know each other. One night, Chihiro falls ssleep and has a dream, embracing Wataru in a drug hallucination.
