An ace Air Force pilot, Major Vic "Deak" Deakins, is court-martialed after a training mission goes disastrously wrong. Unbeknownst to his superiors, Deakins secretly orchestrated the incident to steal two nuclear warheads from a stealth bomber. He plans to sell them to terrorists, but his former protégé, Captain Riley Hale, is assigned to track him down and prevent the catastrophic sale.
