A bumbling, innocent man is framed for the murder of a famous violinist and must go on the run to prove his innocence. Pursued by both the police and a shadowy organization, he finds himself in a series of increasingly absurd and dangerous situations. With the help of a seductive singer, he attempts to uncover the real culprits and clear his name.
