Detective Won-ho is still hunting down the elusive Mr. Lee, the drug kingpin behind the massive "Big Knife" operation. Seven years after their first encounter, Won-ho is determined to finally bring Lee to justice, facing new threats and old associates along the way. The pursuit leads him back to the abandoned factory where the remnants of the Big Knife cartel are still active.
