A young woman named Chun-Li discovers a mysterious, glowing scroll that reveals her destiny as a warrior. She learns that her father was taken by the evil sorcerer M. Bison and dedicates herself to mastering martial arts to rescue him. Chun-Li joins forces with Interpol agent Charlie Nash and navigates the dangerous world of underground fighting to confront Bison and his organization, Shadaloo.
