Hinako, a college student with a passion for surfing, meets Minato, a firefighter with a love for the ocean. Their lives intertwine as they fall deeply in love, sharing their passions and dreams. However, their idyllic romance is tragically cut short when Minato drowns in a surfing accident. Left heartbroken, Hinako discovers that by singing a specific song, she can make Minato reappear from the water, but only as a being of water. Their reunion brings comfort but also new challenges as Hinako must grapple with the unnatural circumstances of their relationship and the implications of their bond.
