Slim Hizer is a waitress who, after a year of marriage, discovers her seemingly charming husband, Mitch, is a violent abuser. After an attack, she flees with their infant son, Gracie. Mitch, a wealthy and powerful man, uses his resources to track them down, forcing Slim to constantly stay on the run and fight for their survival. Ultimately, Slim must confront Mitch and stop him permanently.
