A young fashion designer, Eddie, is given a new line of clothing by his wealthy father, only for the entire collection to be destroyed in a fire. Desperate, Eddie's father and his associate attempt to recreate the lost designs using a seductive librarian as a model, leading to a series of comedic mishaps and romantic entanglements.
