In the near future, society is rigidly divided between the wealthy elite who live in pristine, technologically advanced cities and the impoverished masses struggling to survive in the polluted wastelands. A young scavenger from the outer sectors discovers a hidden artifact that could shatter the established order, forcing him to team up with a disillusioned enforcer from the city to expose the truth about the system.
